      I’m using WEP for my wireless network, but the way my friend has set it up for me (the same IT friend who did the email cleansing thing) means that my network is invisible and therefore not accessible by anyone who’s MAC address isn’t listed in my router…

      MAC Address Filtering is the best way to protect the access to your wireless network, no doubt! But it doesn’t mean that your network is invisible, it’s just not accessible. ;)
